FastTrack CEO

The FastTrack CEO (Launching June 2026) is a practical leadership and growth programme built directly from the lived lessons described in the book. It is not theory, motivation, or recycled frameworks. It is real experience, translated into clear thinking, sound judgement, and repeatable decision making for CEOs, founders, and directors who are scaling under pressure.

The course is delivered through a structured video series that walks through the core themes of the book, leadership under uncertainty, execution through alignment, hiring discipline, culture under stress, brand as an economic system, sequencing growth, building versus buying, and knowing when to change course. Each module is supported by written materials, practical tools, and downloadable resources designed to be used inside a real business, not studied in isolation.

Participants gain access to a private community of peers facing similar challenges, creating space for honest discussion and shared learning without performance or posturing. One to one coaching is available for leaders who want direct, applied support on decisions that cannot be delegated. Each module focuses on a specific phase or challenge, such as execution under pressure, hiring discipline, leadership transitions, sequencing growth, brand, adjacencies, and exits. The videos are practical, reflective, and grounded in lived experience, helping you recognise patterns early and avoid costly mistakes later. You are not being told what should work.
