In 1995, Keith and his family established Jobsite.co.uk, with Keith serving as CEO. Through their hard work and dedication, the group rose to become the 5th largest Digital Recruitment business globally, attracting over 59 million unique users per month across their various websites.

 

As a founding pioneer of the Digital Recruitment sphere, Keith has been actively involved in the recruitment space for the past three decades. His extensive experience and expertise have allowed him to stay at the forefront of the industry's developments and advancements.

 

Today, Keith leads the way at KPD, where he shares his profound knowledge of candidate attraction methodology. His approach combines traditional marketing strategies with AI and Digital Marketing, opening up new possibilities for organisations to connect with potential talent.
