In 1995, Keith Potts founded Jobsite and led it as CEO through growth, scale, acquisition, and exit. Under his leadership, the group became the fifth largest digital recruitment business globally, reaching over 60 million unique users per month. Keith built and scaled businesses operating in more than sixty countries, working directly with major global partners at board level.

Today, through KPD, he works with CEOs and directors to fast track their businesses, applying hard won operational judgement, pattern recognition, and practical execution to help leaders move faster with confidence and control.
